Cancelations/No Shows

We ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointments. This will give us time to book another client into your time slot. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Our experienced stylists will work with you to create a look that complements your face shape, hair type, and personal style.

We strive to provide a calm and relaxing environment for every guest who visits our salon. In order to maintain this peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that clients refrain from bringing additional guests or children to their appointments, unless those guests are also scheduled to receive a service during their visit.
